Architectural features: The barn’s exposed-fastener
roof panels were formed from 26-gauge Galvalume, with 26-gauge white
ceiling liner panels; the panels sandwich R-13 batt insulation.
The single-slope metal building frame features 8mm translucent polycarbonate
wall panels for natural lighting.
Special interest: The elephant Sanctuary is
a natural habitat refuge developed for endangered African and Asian
elephants. It operates on 2,700 acres. The barn has an underhung
bridge crane to loft the elephants.
